I had an incredible stay in this city. The location was beyond amazing, with easy access to all tourist areas and museums. Plus, the hotel had its own parking facility right opposite, and the price for 24 hours was quite reasonable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the bar and restaurant staff. They even went above and beyond by preparing food for us before the restaurant officially opened. The room itself was a pleasant surprise - spacious, with rustic features like exposed brick and beams. And let's not forget the fantastic view of the dock and the ferris wheel. The room was impeccably clean, with the shower providing hot water and being easy to use. a highly recommended hotel experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Very friendly staff. Check in/out was quick. Rooms clean, quiet. My room was changed to dock view room available at check in. Loved it.

Would return here if ever in Liverpool. Merseyside maritime museum was around the corner...

What a treat! The focus on providing a friendly and attentive service was second to none. The staff were wonderful in every way and went above and beyond - even in the small hours of the morning! We had a perfect spot for the beautiful docks and all local highlights. It made our stay memorable in every way. Thank you!!!!

The location is perfect for exploring the tourist sights in the city, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and some even offer a lovely view of the surroundings. I was impressed with the basic amenities provided, including a heater for those colder nights. The breakfast, which is included in the price, offers a good variety of food and is brought out promptly.

Everything was satisfactory, no complaints.

The location was ideal although finding it proved to be a bit of a challenge as it was not well sign posted in the surrounding area. The interior was a pleasent surprise.

Plus, the view from the room is fantastic, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. this hotel provides a great base for exploring the city and offers excellent facilities and service.

The evening meals can be a bit disorganised at times, but the staff do their best to accommodate everyone.

The hotel was in a great spot, very close to all the attractions and sights. the bed was super comfortable and the room very spacious. the staff were also really friendly and welcoming.

We were woken up by the sound of nearby music, which was quite loud and went on until the early hours of the morning. the car park was a bit of a walk away and a bit expensive to use.
